About HPPHC
High Plains Paint Horse Club was founded in 1966 and serves the states of Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska. The club currently sponsors five registered Paint Horse shows per year, offering exhibitors a chance to show under 10 APHA-approved judges. The club is affiliated with the American Paint Horse Association on a regional basis. HPPHC prides itself on being a friendly and family-oriented club and at the same time, offering top-level competition.
Mission
To provide an outlet to promote the buying, showing and riding of the American Paint Horse through hosting registered breed shows and other club activities.
Goals
To promote and encourage good horsemanship and good sportsmanship
To promote and stimulate interest in the Paint Horse on a regional basis by educating the public about the qualities of the breed
To promote the showing of registered Paint Horses in halter, pleasure, trail riding, racing and all activities in the same nature in every way possible and to sponsor Paint Horse shows in the area
To cooperate fully with other regional paint horse clubs and with the APHA to further the cause of the Paint Horse breed |
