It's time for the HPPHC Year-End Awards Banquet! Please join us on January 30th at The Ranch for dinner and awards ceremonies. Your RSVP is due January 15th, so please send it in right away! Once again, HPPHC will be offering exhibitor back numbers for sale by silent auction. Numbers 1 - 99 are available starting at $25.00 each, and number 00 will be available starting at $100. You'll receive your pair of numbers at the June show (or earlier), and have the opportunity to be your favorite number all year. The silent auction will be held at the HPPHC Year-End Awards Banquet.

The three main APHA Clubs in Colorado are all working together to increase membership and show participation. The HPPHC encourages members to join all three of the clubs: HPPHC, RMPHA and SCPHC. In addition, the three clubs are jointly working on a calendar that will be available at Stock Show. Advertising is available for purchase. Contact Tammy Berbee for more information.

Andersen Farms will again be sponsoring select English classes at the upcoming HPPHC July show. The top placing youth in Senior Hunter Under Saddle will receive $50. In addition $25 will go to the top placing youth exhibitor in each of the following: Working Hunter All Ages, Jumping All Ages, and Senior Hunter Hack. Check in the show office for more information. Laura Sarno and Katelyn Gray each won money from the Andersen Farms sponsored classes. The money was awarded to the highest placing youth in each of four classes. Laura won $150.00 by being the top placing youth in Working Hunter All Ages, Jumping All Ages, and Senior Hunter Hack. Katelyn won $50.00 by being the top placing youth in the Senior Hunter Under Saddle class.

We have corrected our showbill and posted it here for errors in the futurity class numbers. The late entry date for the futurity has been moved to just before the show, so that exhibitors can enter up until 5pm on September 10th. We will also allow substitutions for a $25.00 fee.

Our first youth meeting of the year and 2009 elections will be held Saturday May 23,2009 immediately following the show at Boulder Country Fairgrounds. Click here to see more infomation on the youth club.
