Final youth meeting of 2009 will be on Sunday, November 1st at The Ranch Our final youth meeting of the 2009 show season will be on Sunday, November 1st at The Ranch. We will be having a pizza party, holding our elections for 2010 officers and talking over any changes we would like to see for the club in the next year. If you haven't been to a meeting yet or need some more hours for your participation award this is your last chance to get these. Please come vote for your 2010 officers! The HPjPHC is happy to announce our first photo contest The youth club is running a photo contest from now until the end of the year. All proceeds from the contest will go directly to the youth. The contest will be judged by the HPPHC board members and winners will be announced at our annual awards banquet. For details on the contest or to enter a photo click here. |

Eligibility requirements for year end youth participation awards Reminder: To be eligible for the year end youth participation award you must attend one meeting, one pre-bed, bring two items for the Septembet silent auction, and work 6 or more hours throughout the year. Next youth meeting Saturday September 12th, 2009 Our next youth meeting will be Saturday September 12th during the break between reining and speed events. We will also be pre-bedding Thursday evening (the 10th) 6:00pm. Remember that each meeting you attend counts for 1/2 hour and each pre-bedding you work counts for 1 full hour of your year end youth requirements. |

We will also be pre-bedding Friday morning at 10:30am.
